Breathwork Classes

Your Facilitators
Alia Jiwani
Alia Jiwani is a Breathwork Facilitator and Yoga Teacher. She has completed the Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Certification and has used the power of breath to transform her life. Studying many types of breathwork through Yoga, Alia has found the Elemental Breakthrough Experience to be the most powerful yet.
Alia will combine intention setting, movement, breathwork, guided meditation, visualization, live and recorded music and group connection to create an experience like no other. You have to try it to understand how powerful it really is. No experience required. Just come with an open mind.
Ariel Benavidez
Ariel connected with breathwork after a near-death experience that forced him to harness the power of breath to save his life. In 2020 he received his breathwork facilitator certification and has since expanded his knowledge and practice of the breath through a myriad of studies. He now combines the science of breathwork with his love for guided meditation to create a uniquely powerful experience that empowers its participants to go inwards and strengthen their gift of intuition.
Cynthia
Cynthia’s first experience with Elemental Rhythm Breathwork was at one of the lowest points of her life, and in one single breathwork class, she felt the release of heavy emotions and dense energy. It had such an impact on her healing journey that she decided to take the facilitator training and share this healing modality with whomever hears the call.
Cynthia likes to incorporate reiki, guided meditation and sound healing into her sessions. It brings her heart much joy to share this energy exchange.

“Realizing and understanding the power of the breath has empowered me to feel in control of my mind and body, and has allowed me to explore what has been holding me back from living my full potential. Improper breathing affects anything from poor circulation, headaches, brain fog, poor athletic performance, impotence, lowered immune function, inflammation, allergies, asthma and even your stress tolerance is al effected by the way you breath. That list is just scratching the surface. Remembering this innate medicine we all have within us at all times has inspired me to share this with the world so we can all remember we have everything we need inside of ourselves to heal.”

What Our Customers Say Breathwork Classes
I wanted to write my review immediately after my first experience. I am so grateful for this opportunity to just BE with my most closest person on earth....MYSELF. For one hour in complete, serene darkness. I even seen patterns and white shadow outlines at one point. Which leads me to believe those were my spirit guides at work ❤️ 🧘🏽♂️ Such a joyous experience. continued to do my breath work all throughout. After I exited the starry portal of the ocean cabin. I felt floaty, euphoric, and so thrilled to be back into my body ....and to be me. Thank you Float Valley!! I will be joining again on my birthday on March 2nd!! See you!!

Great relaxing environment and interesting treatments. Would recommend a float or the breathing exercise class. If you think you could use relaxation of any kind highly recommended!

I have been visiting this place for a few times so far. And for sure I will be visiting many more times. Amazing people, beautiful place, and amazing expiriences. . I really recommend to try breath work with Alia. And of course a float session. Both expiriences were beyond my expectations! This is an ultimate destination for relaxation of body and soul.

I booked the Breathework course with Alia and had such an amazing experience. I am new to breathework but she did a great job motivating the group through the whole session- I also loved her music. I enjoyed the online class and will be joining again! Thanks FV for hosting 🙂

Thoroughly enjoyed their half day retreat Find Your Peak. The team is warm and welcoming. Yoga with Alia was in an intimate cozy setting where we were encouraged to work within our individual comfort level. Floating was like nothing I’ve experienced before, fascinating mind, body and soul experience. Lunch was yummy yet nutritious, with careful attention to dietary restrictions and a fantastic selection. A beautiful facility with a strong team culture of like minded professionals who truly embrace living one’s best authentic life. Highly recommend.

nadeem is great guy very friendly, ambience is wonderful, it was my first float session and wow i was able to do introspection.. you can easily focus on breathing. best place to do meditation i would say.. and glow on your face after session is a bonus.. they do have sauna too.. must try location.. they offer meditation and yoga classes too...

This place is awesome...it’s so clean and the vibe is very soothing - kind of like a “new school spa” type of feel. I much preferred this float spa over one that I tried in Thornhill. The staff are so sweet, they genuinely want you to just drop in and relax. Nadeem is awesome. I’ve done both an Ocean Float and an Oasis Float. The ocean cabin was nice and big - you can really spread out and there are different light atmosphere settings you can play with, including pure darkness. The Oasis float was smaller, if you’re tall you may touch the walls (I’m 5’9 and I was fine) and this cabin was actually my favourite. No fancy light settings inside the cabin, just a full on sensory deprivation experience. If you’re afraid of feeling claustrophobic I’d say go for the Ocean cabin. I’ve also taken a restorative yoga class here after one of my floats, it was beautiful. What a beautiful self care spot!

I did a virtual Goddess retreat with Stefanie and Nadine. The excitement began a couple of days before the retreat when I received a yummy kit of crystals and jewelry-making supplies. On the day of the retreat, after some introductions and intention-setting, we did yoga with Stefanie. It was a great way to start. Her clear instruction and accessible poses helped me release and bring presence to the retreat. Then we learned about crystals and made bracelets with Nadine. I had received enough supplies to make one for me and one for my daughter. They are gorgeous and we love them! This was a novel, creative and fun event and I look forward to future workshops with Stefanie and Nadine.
