With her background in Traditional Chinese Medicine + Acupuncture, Alia enjoys combining healing modalities to tap into the bodies’ innate wisdom to heal itself.
Alia will combine intention setting, movement, breathwork, guided meditation, visualization, live and recorded music and group connection to create an experience like no other. You have to try it to understand how powerful it really is. No experience required. Just come with an open mind.
