There is nothing quite like combining different services at Float Valley to take your relaxation to the next level. That’s why we have created tailored Float Valley Experiences to help you find your peak.

Date Night

Date Night IR Sauna

Spend the next date night with your partner relaxing and enjoying an Infrared Sauna session followed by separate floats. You and your partner will begin your experience with a 30-minute session in one of our Infrared Saunas. The infrared sauna can reach temperatures up to 70° celsius. The Sunlighten Saunas use 3-in-1 infrared technology that emits near, mid, and far-infrared which is great for detoxification of heavy metal, improving cardiovascular health, and inducing deep relaxation among many other benefits.

After you have completed your Infrared Sauna session, you will each enjoy a 60-minute float session in separate Oasis Tanks. Floating, also known as floatation therapy or sensory deprivation, helps to take you into a deeper state of relaxation. It can improve mental states and helps to create space in the body along with many other benefits. You have to option to upgrade to the Ocean Cabins for an additional $20+ tax per person.


The Ultimate Experience

Fully immerse yourself in the big four services that we have to offer: Float, Infrared Sauna, Ozone Sauna, and Lucia Light. This package can be done all on the same day (approximately 3.5 hours) or you can spread your experience out over different visits.

We recommend that you start your visit with a 30-minute Lucia Light where you will be taken on a transcendental meditation journey. Then follow this with the 30-minute infrared sauna which will open your body’s pores before immersing yourself in the float tank. While in your 60-minute float session, your body will absorb the magnesium in the Epsom salts allowing your whole body to melt away. This is a great time to process anything that may have come up during your Lucia Light session. Finally, you will want to end off your experience with 30-minutes in the Ozone steam sauna where your body will use O3 to improve blood flow and detoxify.


Energetic & Emotional healing Experience

Reiki

Combine the ancient Japanese healing techniques of Reiki or the Peruvian-based technique of Shamanic Journeying with the Lucia Light.

In this experience, you will be guided by Aristaea, an energetic and emotional healer who has always been interested in the brain’s capacity to heal itself. 

This one-hour session will involve energy clearing, grounding meditation, a discussion on what you wish to get out of the experience, followed by 30-minutes of Reiki under the Lucia Light. 

Shamanic Journeying

After a client has completed one full reiki session they will have thee option to try a Shamanic Journeying session. 

Shamanic journeying involves listening to a drumbeat that guides the brain to reach theta brain waves. This state is comparable to a daydream-like state where we enter a deep relaxation on the conscious and subconscious levels. The journey invites you to use your imagination, connect with the subconscious and explore the spiritual realms.

Radiant Self Experience

Join us for a blissful restorative yoga, breathwork, sound healing, float therapy and Lucia light experience to de-stress and refresh your radiant self.

We’ve created the ultimate self-care ritual to deeply rest, nourish and reconnect. The retreat concludes with journaling and intention setting to open the heart space and shine radiance into your life.

Alia Jiwani

Alia is a breathwork + yoga facilitator who loves to create a full body experience for her students by tapping into the senses through sound healing, movement, aromatherapy and touch. With her background in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, Alia enjoys incorporating techniques to connect with the inner body to balance the mind and emotions.

Jessica Ullathorne

Jessica is a yoga, movement + meditation instructor who invites students to explore their practice with compassion and self-inquiry so that they feel confident and comfortable in their own bodies. Deeply engaged in the study of yoga philosophy, Jessica hopes to inspire her students to use their practice as a means to coming into a deeper understanding of self.
