When you arrive for your first session, you’ll check in at the front desk. From here, our receptionist will direct you to one of our private rooms, which have 2 locks for maximum privacy and contain everything you need to have an enjoyable float experience.
Once you’re inside the room, you’ll undress and enter the tank whenever you’re ready. From here, simply lie back in the water, close your eyes, and breathe.
What Does Floating Feel Like?
It’s difficult to describe what floating feels like because it, essentially, feels like nothing at all.
You feel weightless because the Epsom salts allow you to float. You don’t even feel the water on your skin because it’s perfectly heated to be unnoticeable.
Because the room is dark and quiet, too, you don’t have to worry about any distractions or interruptions. You’re able to be alone with your thoughts and enter a deeper, more unique state of relaxation than you’ve ever experienced before.
