Manual therapy and float must be used on the same day to allow the best experience possible for you. Indulging in a therapeutic massage first will help relax your body and mind and will allow for an even better floating experience. This will be followed by a peaceful float session that will reduce any soreness that may have come from the massage and will leave you feeling great.
